Terms of Service
1. The service
Graft is a CRM tool for tradespeople. We provide the software; we are not responsible for the outcomes of jobs you quote, complete, or invoice.
2. Account
You must be 18 or over to use Graft. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use Graft for unlawful purposes, scrape or automate access without permission, or introduce malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. There is a 14-day free trial with no card required. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
5. Your data
You own your data. You can export it at any time. After you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
6. Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Limitation of liability
Graft is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. We will email you for significant changes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
